Training Sessions

No money is required at the first training session. We're that confident in what we offer. If you are happy with what we have to offer, then we will just include that session with whatever package you choose. If you are not pleased, than we will wish you the best of luck with your career and you do not owe us any money. You have nothing to lose by giving Premier Kicking a chance!

One training session

The cost of one training session is $65. This session consists of stretching and one hour of instruction. There is no obligation for future lessons.

Five training sessions

The cost of five training sessions is $300.00 ($60.00 per session). These sessions consist of stretching and one hour of instruction per session, a Premier Kicking t-shirt, and video analysis (usually about 15-25 minutes).

Six month training

The cost of six months of training is $1400.00 (about $55.00 per session). These twenty-six sessions can be used at any time you wish. They consist of stretching and one hour of instruction per session, a Premier Kicking t-shirt, strength training recommendations, specific kicking workouts for the season, and video analysis (usually about 15-25 minutes).

Twelve month training

The cost of twelve months of training is $2400.00(about $46.00 per session). These fifty-two sessions can be used at any time you wish. They consist of stretching and one hour of instruction per session, a Premier Kicking t-shirt, strength training recommendations, specific kicking workout for the season, and video analysis (usually about 15-25 minutes).

Custom packages are available for those living far away. Payment plans are available as well. Please contact us about these packages and plans.


Premier Kicking tries to keep all of our instruction as personal as possible. Although we occassionally offer kicking camps, we believe that the current popularity of mass camps does not treat each kicker as an individual. With smaller sessions we can accomplish that goal. Our training is available year round and we have different points of emphasis throughout the year in our training. Everything from teaching proper mechanics and drills to reinforce those techniques to timing each kick (get off time, hang time, approach time) and working on mental toughness as we approach each kick (air horns, bad holds, dummies to be used as blockers) will be used.

Besides professional, intense training, we also offer recruiting, video analysis, and strength training services. If you desire to play at the next level, we will try our hardest to get you recruited by making phone calls, sending out game film, writing letters, etc.

We consider our video analysis to be one of the most important aspects of what we do. We will video tape a certain amount of kicks at each session, and will break them down and analyze them during our session. This helps each kicker see specific mistakes that are made and gives them a picture of what needs to be fixed. Further film training is done at our office is needed.

Lastly, each kicker who trains with us is given a recommended position specific workout. This workout is not mandatory but recommended and has been designed by a strength coach specifically for kickers and punters. We will also give a recommended in-season kicking workout for your practices.
