Lukas Gonzalez is the PK Player of the Week. Lucas kicked a game winning 45 yard field goal with nine seconds left to help Shorter College beat Cumberland.

Shawn Powell, who became the starting punter after an injury this summer to Graham Gano, is off to a great start in his first season with Florida State. He is averaging 42.2 yards a punt.

PK Player of the Week-10/11/08 --
Scott Blair, Georgia Tech kicker and punter, had an excellent game Saturday against Gardner Webb and is this weeks PK Player of the Week. Scott made his 5th field goal in a row and had a punt of 52 yards and another of 58 yards. Way to go, Scott!
